LAMB AND PINEAPPLE PATTIES

2 POUNDS GROUND LAMB
1 (9 OUNCE) CAN PINEAPPLE SLICES DRAINED AND CUT IN HALF
2 TABLESPOONS APRICOT JAM

Shape lamb into 8 patties. Cook about 10 minutes over low heat (until browned on both sides). Top with pineapple slices and jam. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
